Our Mission

Our mission here is discuss topics of Chronic Pain, Obesity, Long Term Illness, Emotional Trauma and how they relate to and effect each other. Initially the focus will be on yours truly. As time goes on I hope to discuss solutions covering what I have tried, including the successes and failures. In the long term I hope to become a destination where one can obtain and offer support, practical solutions and the latest cutting edge research, etc. I am hoping to integrate discussion boards (forums), polls, and links to funding & resources. I also intend to create an area for guest posts from both appropriate professionals and participating followers of this site.

I am new to this blogging stuff so please be patient with me as I get things rolling. I also look forward to your comments and suggestions. Let's see where this road takes us.

Please keep in mind I am not a professional, much of what I say is just my opinion. I try to provide links to professional websites for more information where appropriate. Before implementing major changes to how you're treating your disease PLEASE discuss it with your specialist. Western medicine has it's issues but provides many good things as well. "Integrated Healing" means using what works, our western doctors are good at monitoring our progress regardless of treatment modalities and these days most are willing to do so.

Integrated Healing

This BLOG chronicles my path to healing. Since western medicine, for the most part, is not working for me I have been searching for new ways of healing.

Not just healing of the body, but a more integrated approach to heal my whole being. This includes; Body, mind, emotions and soul. To achieve this I'm studying many disciplines including Meditation, self hypnosis, hypnotherapy, Quantum Touch, Resonance, Sound Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), organic food, natural supplements, prayer, martial arts, weight training and many others.

This material among others will be used in my books and website. A lot of research I'm using can be found on my YouTube channels. I will also be using my Twitter (@fuzzeedee) for discussing Integrated Healing.

Please keep in mind I'm not a professional, this stuff is just my opinion. I started this journey for me, but now I've realized I'm meant to be a healer, it is part of my Golden Path.
