I must caution you, the things discussed on this BLOG are only my opinion. Regardless of the information given
here I must stress you should work with your existing Doctor or Specialist when
trying the treatment options we discuss here. They can monitor changes in your condition reliably with blood tests, scans and other diagnostic methods we can't access by ourselves.
Most Doctors these
days are willing to accommodate patients trying new things. If your
doctor refuses to work with you on these things, or tries to constantly pressure you to stay away from "fringe" treatments it might be wise to seek
out a another doctor who, is willing to help you take charge of your own
path to healing. As a general rule Holistic or Naturopathic doctors are more willing to work with patients trying things mainstream physicians might consider wacky or unscientific.
Be advised there are some physicians who will threaten to fire you as a patient if you try these other things, or even worse report you to your insurance company or the government agency you are on disability through. In this instance you may want to speak with your worker or insurance agent to discuss what you have in mind. Most are willing to entertain alternative treatments especially when what you are doing now just isn't working for you. Just keep in mind that some insurance companies look for any reason to get out of paying you. Only you can judge whether talking to them is worth the risk. Sometimes however desperation to rebuild a meaningful life or get out of pain might force you to take the risk. Only you can decide that one way or the other.
My purpose here is to just show you what I have discovered works for my situation. Everyone is different and results will vary. I am not a medical professional, just someone who was forced to forge my own path to healing when western medicine had nothing left to offer me. When I discovered how powerful these other alternatives can be I felt compelled to share what I have learned with others who may be suffering as I was. No, I am not all better now. I still have a long path ahead of me, but am happy to share what I have learned and the progress I've made.
Regards, Fuzzee Dee
